Terms of Service

Priced on the call, before anyone drives out. The $89 service call is counted into that price, and the price does not change at the door. Extra work asked for on site is quoted separately and needs your go-ahead.

Website ranges are illustrative. Out-of-hours attendance adds +$45 in the evening and +$80 overnight, both already inside the quoted total.

Lockouts are opened only after the technician is satisfied that the customer may lawfully be inside: identification bearing the address, a tenancy agreement, registration documents, or the owner confirming. Service is declined where that cannot be established.

Non-destructive entry is attempted first. Destructive entry — drilling included — happens only with your explicit approval and an agreed price for the replacement hardware.

90 days on our workmanship, from the date of the visit. Hardware is covered by its manufacturer. Neither covers misuse, later forced entry, or alterations made by others.

Due on completion; cards and contactless taken at the door, itemised invoice emailed after. Where a technician has been dispatched and arrives, a cancellation or no-show fee as quoted applies.

To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount paid for it, and liability that cannot be limited by law remains as it is.

These terms are governed by the laws of CA, with disputes heard in courts serving Livermore.
